SAT Prep Pro (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides in-person and online SAT/ACT bootcamps and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit satprep.pro or interact with us.

This Policy applies to the website at satprep.pro, any pages we control that link to it, and our communications (email, calls, and SMS). It does not cover third‑party sites we link to.

11.1 Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)

  • Opt out of: targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that affect access to services such as education enrollment or employment opportunities.

How to exercise your rights: email teampro.origination@gmail.com with “TDPSA Request” and specify your request. We will verify your identity, respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary (we will tell you why). If we deny your request, we will explain why and how to appeal. If your appeal is denied, we will tell you how to contact the Texas Attorney General.
Small business note: Small businesses are generally exempt from TDPSA except that consent is required before selling sensitive data (which includes precise geolocation and the personal data of a child under 13). We do not sell sensitive data.
11.2 Global Privacy Controls / universal opt-out signals
Where technically feasible, we will honor recognized browser‑ or device‑level opt‑out signals for targeted advertising and sale.
11.3 Your choices
  • Email and SMS marketing: use unsubscribe links or reply STOP.
  • Cookies: adjust browser settings; disable non‑essential cookies via our banner, where offered.

Children’s privacy
Our services target high‑school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided us data without consent, contact teampro.origination@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We are not an educational institution subject to FERPA. If we work with schools, we handle any shared student data under applicable agreements.
Third‑party services and links
Our site is built on Tilda and may use its form and hosting capabilities. Tilda’s own privacy and security documentation applies to its platform services. We are not responsible for third‑party privacy practices.

We will update this Policy as needed and post the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page before they take effect.
